Zurich, Switzerland, 2 April 2026 — Swiss sportswear brand On is proud to announce the signing of University of Florida freshman sprinter Jayden Horton-Mims to a Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) partnership. A standout addition to the Florida Gators’ world-class track program, Horton-Mims joins the On family following a historic debut indoor season that saw him emerge as one of the premier sprint talents in the NCAA.
Horton-Mims arrived in Gainesville as one of the most decorated high school athletes in U.S. history. A native of Philadelphia, he captured national attention in 2025 when he clocked a blistering 45.24 in the 400m at the time, the fastest mark in the nation. He capped his high school career by sweeping the 200m and 400m national titles at the Nike Outdoor Nationals, cementing his status as a "once-in-a-generation" prospect.
In just his first semester as a Gator, Horton-Mims has already translated that elite speed to the collegiate stage. Two weeks ago, he entered the NCAA Indoor Championships ranked 7th in the nation with a personal best of 45.36. He ultimately secured All-American honors in both the individual 400m and as a key leg of Florida’s formidable 4x400m relay team. Horton-Mims holds personal bests of 20.34 (200m) and 45.24 (400m).
