Ben Shelton Wins Historic All-On ATP 500 Final in Munich
The American tops fellow On athlete Flavio Cobolli in the brand's first-ever head-to-head tour final.

MUNICH, GERMANY, April 20, 2026 – Ben Shelton and Flavio Cobolli made On company history this week at the ATP 500 tournament in Munich, which culminated in a first-ever all-On ATP final. The match was a landmark moment for the brand, showcasing its growing force in professional tennis.
In a compelling 90-minute final, Shelton secured his victory in straight sets, 6–2, 7–5. He set the tone early, breaking Cobolli’s serve in the first game and then crucially fending off six break points in a marathon first service game. After that pivotal hold, Shelton did not face another break point for the remainder of the match.
Shelton stayed composed and clutch in key moments and won his second ATP 500 title of 2026, demonstrating his rising form on the tour. The win boosts him to a career-high No. 6 in the World Rankings, just 30 points behind the World No. 5.
The final was the pinnacle of a breakthrough week for both On athletes. For Flavio Cobolli, the journey to his first ATP 500 final was marked by a career-defining victory over defending champion and World No. 3, Alexander Zverev. His performance throughout the tournament underscored the high caliber of both competitors in the historic all-On final.
