ZURICH, Switzerland, October 6, 2025 – Swiss sportswear brand On and the relentlessly progressive South Korean design collective POST ARCHIVE FACTION (PAF) present the fastest articulation of their ongoing partnership to date: Current Form 3.0. Entwining the natural world and the human mind in an eternal story of movement, the Cloudmonster Hyper PAF – launching on October 9 – becomes a vehicle to embrace sudden shifts and break old habits.
Evolving the philosophy intrinsic to the collaboration, Current Form 3.0 continues to encourage the exploration of the unseen – both geographically and psychologically, consciously and subconsciously. Each piece engages with the concept of movement in a new way, venturing into uncharted territory in order to push the boundaries of design
At the core of the latest expression is the notion that change is an inevitable aspect of moving faster. Far from inviting fear, however, the collection and accompanying campaign instill a spirit of optimism – to embrace sudden shifts, to break old habits, to welcome the transformative nature of unexpected moments. Unfurling like a daydream, ordinary places and objects interact with dynamic and expressive human movement as the campaign film, directed by Jan Lee, and photography, shot by Kwak Kigon, tell a progressive story of mind and speed.
Current Form 3.0 expands on the partnership’s experimentations at the intersection of performance and avant-garde design – introducing three iterations of the Cloudmonster Hyper PAF. Form and function collide as the iconic Cloudmonster is reimagined by merging the Cloudmonster 2 PAF upper with the advanced Cloudmonster Hyper bottom unit. Available in White / White, Black / Black, and Phantom / Apollo, the collaborative silhouette blends precision and comfort in a futuristic expression, built for the current moment. Launching alongside the footwear, a trio of On’s most technical merino running socks are presented in Ivory / Glacier, Black / Glacier, and Frost / Glacier.
The collection launches on October 9, 2025, with all three colorways of the Cloudmonster Hyper PAF and Merino Sock PAF available on on.com, postarchivefaction.com, and through select retail partners.
