On and RIDC Launch “Movement for All” to Expand Access to Coaching and Training

On and the Running Industry Diversity Coalition (RIDC) are partnering with mission-aligned coaches and training programs to help offset the cost of movement – one of the most common barriers to getting started or returning after time away.

ZURICH, SWITZERLAND - April 14, 2026 - On and the Running Industry Diversity Coalition (RIDC) today announced the launch of the RIDC’s Movement for All, powered by On, a three-year program designed to expand access to coaching and structured training support for communities across the United States. This program is based on research focused on supporting women who are looking to begin or return to movement.

Through the program, participants will be connected with a curated network of vetted coaches, training programs, and community-based partners. By helping offset financial barriers for six months, the program aims to make movement more accessible for individuals at all stages of their journey.

The program builds on a longstanding partnership between the two organizations. Founded in 2020, the RIDC is a national nonprofit working to improve inclusion, visibility, and access in the running space. On has supported RIDC since its early days and the two have partnered to increase access to the sport and business of running through research, sponsorship, industry access scholarships, and more.

“Our mission of igniting the human spirit through movement isn’t limited to performance athletes,” says Sahra Kaboli-Nejad, the Head of Community Impact at On. “We know the mental, emotional, and physical benefits of movement, and everyone deserves access to that.”

Applications are open to U.S.-based participants. Participants can select coaching tracks tailored to their goals, such as returning from injury, adapting training through menopause, incorporating strength training, or building consistency for the first time. Movement options aren’t limited to running - participants can choose from yoga, dance, pilates, and more to fuel their journey back to movement.

All partner locations are selected for their experience working with a variety of athletic levels and their commitment to creating inclusive, welcoming training environments.

“We believe anyone who wants to run, walk, or move their body deserves the same guidance, accountability, and infrastructure reserved for elite athletes.”, says Kiera Smalls, the RIDC’s executive director, “We’re always working to create impact that can be modeled across the sport and industry. The hope is that RIDC’s Movement For All, powered by On, becomes a blueprint for others – proof that brands and nonprofits can collaborate to build real, repeatable pathways into sport.”
