On Channels Real Energy in a Global Running Campaign Celebrating the Next Evolution of the Cloudmonster Collection

Zurich, Switzerland, March 5, 2026 – Swiss sportswear brand On introduces Real Energy, a campaign marking the arrival of the third generation of its Cloudmonster collection. Inspired by the distinctive energizing sensation of the Cloudmonster 3, Cloudmonster 3 Hyper and LightSpray Cloudmonster 3 Hyper, the campaign celebrates the energy people turn to running for, and the energy they get back – built through every mile, every ritual, and every expression of self they find in the sport.
Real Energy rejects the performative hustle of modern run culture, championing a simpler human truth: we run for the energy it gives back – momentum carried into everyday life beyond the miles. In doing so, the campaign anchors the Cloudmonster collection in the daily lived experience of real runners.
At the center of Real Energy is a campaign film directed by Rawtape (AKA Rory Wood), with stills captured by Leon Prost. Shot across early mornings and late nights, it follows athletes including OAC Europe’s Luke McCann through the real rituals that shape every run. The film captures the Cloudmonster collection in motion, delivering a cushioned, energy-filled ride that carries runners through each mile. Set to Lights Burn Dimmer by Fred again.. and Jamie T, the track’s steady progression complements the cadence of a run, building momentum alongside the visuals.
The next generation of Cloudmonster silhouettes is supported by apparel and accessories across the Zero, Performance and Volt collections, designed to move seamlessly across varied runs and distances. The Zero collection represents the pinnacle of athlete-inspired performance design, delivering lightweight essentials including the Zero Jacket, Zero Singlet and Zero Short Tights. The Performance collection delivers adaptable training staples where function and style merge, with highlights including the Performance Tights 7/8, Climate Zip Hoodie and Performance Long-T. The Volt collection introduces functional tech with modern energy, expressed through statement pieces including the Performance Volt Jacket, Performance Volt T and Performance Volt Shorts.
The Real Energy campaign launches on March 5, 2026 alongside the Cloudmonster 3, followed by the Cloudmonster Hyper on March 19, 2026. The LightSpray Cloudmonster 3 Hyper arrives with a limited release on on.com and in On retail stores in North America on March 5, ahead of a full global launch on April 16, 2026.
Extending Real Energy beyond the campaign, On will launch a new global relay series – On Squad Race – this spring. Kicking off in Beijing on April 11 the 4x4 relay race format will bring together 600 squads across 20 cities on spiral courses intended to test both speed and endurance. Leading teams will progress to a World Finale in Los Angeles, concluding the series on a global stage.
