On Commits to Swiss Youth Sports Development as New Outfitter for the UBS Kids Cup
From the first sprint to the world stage: On becomes the official outfitter of the UBS Kids Cup, Switzerland's largest track and field series with 150,000 annual participants. By taking over the youth development program under the new name On Talent Club, the brand is strengthening its commitment to its home country and setting new standards in targeted talent support.

ZURICH, Switzerland, April 27, 2026 – Swiss premium sportswear brand On is accelerating its youth development efforts by becoming the new partner of the UBS Kids Cup. This is the largest series of youth track and field competitions in Switzerland, organized by Weltklasse Zürich and Swiss Athletics. As of April 1, 2026, On has begun supporting the next generation of track and field enthusiasts on their sporting journeys.
The multi-year partnership unites two leading Swiss brands with the shared goal of inspiring young people through sport and providing targeted support for talent. As the official outfitter and partner of the UBS Kids Cup - which comprises over 1,000 events and approximately 150,000 participants and volunteers annually - On will provide children and adolescents at the Cantonal and Swiss Finals with high-performance apparel.
«At On, we firmly believe that dreams only come true when you take that first step,» says Flavio Calligaris, Senior Director of Athlete Strategy & Partnership at On. «That is why it is a matter close to our hearts to equip the next generation of track and field talent in our home country with the necessary foundation, supporting them on their journey from those very first sprints to world-class competition.»
On Talent Club as a Driver for Youth Development
A central element of On’s commitment is the evolution of the UBS Kids Cup youth development program under the new name On Talent Club. As the namesake and driving force, the Swiss sports brand will actively shape this talent program to support the nation's most promising young prospects. In addition to apparel, the On Talent Club offers young athletes unique experiences and age-appropriate, professional guidance on their way to the top.
«No one embodies this journey from youth talent to top athlete better than our own athletes Mujinga as well as Ditaji Kambundji, who started her career at the UBS Kids Cup. With this commitment, the circle is complete: we are fostering the Swiss stars of tomorrow. We are very pleased to sustainably strengthen children's enthusiasm for track and field through this partnership,» explains Flavio Calligaris.
Weltklasse Zürich, the organizer of the UBS Kids Cup, is equally enthusiastic about the new partnership.
«In On, we have found a Swiss partner that shares our values and embodies extraordinary innovative power in running," says Christoph Joho, Co-Meeting Director of Weltklasse Zürich. «The founding of the On Talent Club will take our talent development to a new level. Together, we will continue to write the success story of the UBS Kids Cup.»
