With this performance-led campaign, On deepens its commitment to the training community, celebrating the daily dedication behind elite performance. Guided by the message “from small wins to big victories”, it highlights the mindset of consistency, discipline, and daily progress that builds towards long-term achievement
The campaign features four elite global athletes - Ben Shelton, Iga Świątek, Ditaji Kambundji, and Andri Ragettli, each training with purpose across varied disciplines to compete at the highest level. Whether building power on the tennis court, control on the track, or focus on the slopes, each athlete showcases the consistent training and discipline behind career-defining moments.
The athletes debut the Cloudpulse Pro, On’s most stable and responsive training shoe to date. Engineered specifically for strength-based training, it supports explosive movement, quick transitions and powerful lifts with advanced forefoot propulsion and reinforced lateral support. The Fall/Winter 2025 Training apparel collection, which launched on July 3, includes a mix of new and updated silhouettes optimized for high-output gym training. Highlights include a redesigned Train Bra with improved fit and performance, along with refreshed graphic updates across staples such as the Train Long-T Crop Graphic and Train-T Graphic.
