The Swiss premium sportswear brand On has been named one of the most innovative companies in the world by the renowned Fast Company while winning the design category with groundbreaking LightSpray™ technology.

ZURICH, Switzerland, March 20, 2025 - On has made it onto Fast Company's prestigious list of the World's Most Innovative Companies for 2025. Out of 50 selected companies worldwide, the Swiss premium sportswear brand achieved 18th place credited to its revolutionary performance technology, LightSpray™. In the Design category, On’s LightSpray™ secured the top spot. With the introduction of LightSpray™ last year, On launched an innovative manufacturing technology with minimal waste that is revolutionizing high-performance running.
