On Supports the New Generation of Brazilian Track & Field Athletes

Track talents Leonardo Santos, Thiago Rosário, Eduardo Ribeiro, and Mirelle Leite partner up with the Swiss sportswear brand

São Paulo, September 9, 2025 — Swiss sportswear brand On is adding track athletes Leonardo Santos, Thiago Rosário, Eduardo Ribeiro, and Mirelle Leite to its roster. The partnership reinforces the brand’s commitment to developing new talent and further connecting with the running community. The four athletes join the list of Brazilians sponsored by On, which already includes João Fonseca (tennis) and Fernando Toldi (triathlon).

All four have already achieved notable successes in their respective disciplines. Leonardo Santos, an 800m specialist, is an indoor South American champion and winner of the Troféu Brasil in both the 800m and 1500m events. Focussing on the 1500m, Thiago Rosário is the South American Indoor Track Champion and record holder in Cochabamba and has consistently performed in national and international competitions in 2024 and 2025. Eduardo Ribeiro, also an 800m athlete, is South American champion, South American record holder in the 600m, and has already secured his spot at the 2025 World Championships. Mirelle Leite, competing in the 3000m steeplechase, holds titles such as the Copa Brasil and has reached podiums in the South American Championships and Troféu Brasil.

In addition to individual support, the partnership also strengthens On’s cooperation with Esporte Clube Pinheiros, a leading institution in developing Olympic athletes in Brazil. The initiative reinforces the brand’s presence in Brazilian athletics and its mission to inspire the next generation of runners.

The four athletes continue their preparation for national and international competitions, with a focus on securing spots for the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Games. Eduardo Ribeiro is already confirmed for the World Championships, which will take place in Tokyo in September.
