Swiss Sportswear Brand On Expands Presence in South America with New Store in Chile
Relocating to a premium, expanded space in Santiago’s Parque Arauco shopping mall, On introduces its latest performance collections, localized store design, and first in-store run club in the country.
ZURICH, Switzerland, September 25, 2026 – Swiss sportswear brand On today announced the opening of a new retail store in Santiago's prestigious Parque Arauco shopping mall. Marking a significant milestone in the brand’s expansion across South America, the new store brings On’s innovative sportswear collections, a brand-new in-store run club, and a premium, localized experience directly to the Santiago community. In an intentional move to create a larger, more premium shopping environment, this store replaces On’s current Santiago location.
Located in the upscale Parque Arauco shopping mall in Las Condes, Santiago—one of Chile's premier shopping, dining, and entertainment destinations—the store offers a vibrant, engaging environment for shoppers. The design blends On’s Swiss engineering with inspiration from the 5,424-meter peak of Cerro El Plomo, the closest mountain visible from Santiago. The store showcases high-contrast materials inspired by the Andes, featuring native Chilean Lenga wood, textured plaster walls, and Andes Quartzite walls.
In addition to offering On’s full range of performance footwear, apparel, and accessories curated in head-to-toe collections for run, trail, and everyday movement, the expanded space serves as a community hub. It houses the new Santiago On Run Club, providing a dedicated space for local runners and movement enthusiasts of all levels to gather, train, and build a vibrant community together.

This Santiago store marks the newest addition to On's global retail portfolio, which now includes more than 70 locations worldwide and four in Latin America, including in Brazil and Mexico City. In 2025, the brand rolled out On.com to customers in Colombia and Chile, with plans to explore additional markets.
To celebrate the new store opening, On will host a series of special events and promotions throughout the week of October 12. Visitors will have the opportunity to explore the brand’s latest product innovations, connect with On’s expert team, participate in community run events, and enjoy exclusive in-store experiences.
